Job Summary:

Miller Motor Sales is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Representative. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date on vehicle features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
