  • Address and report any shortages or damages promptly.
  • Manage parts and warranty return reports.
  • Provide training and mentorship to parts department personnel.
  • Compile and analyze monthly management reports for performance insights.
  • Maintain stringent control over parts inventory levels.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld by the parts team.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives for parts sales.
  • Calculate and submit monthly obsolescence reports.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to discuss departmental progress.
  • Participate in monthly management meetings.
  • Stay updated with all OEM training and certification requirements.
  • Understand and implement all OEM programs effectively.

Qualifications:

High School diploma along with five years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid Operator Driver's License (must be insurable).
