The Event Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing the event staff. This individual ensures the delivery of outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor, aiming to create memorable experiences for our guests that encourage loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.

Required Skills

Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency; capability to impart knowledge and train others; high-level customer service skills; effective communication with guests and team members; ability to follow instructions, learn swiftly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Experience / Education:

Preferred experience in serving and setup; familiarity with operating A/V equipment (both in-house and from external vendors is advantageous); a high school diploma or equivalent work experience; must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
