Role Responsibilities

As a Property Maintenance Specialist, you are essential in making a positive first impression and ensuring that residents feel comfortable and at home within their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily maintenance and aesthetic appeal of the property grounds; ensuring the upkeep of common areas and enhancing curb appeal.
  • Assist with minor exterior repairs as necessary.
  • Implement and maintain exterior preventative maintenance schedules and programs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude that motivates others.

Work Schedule

Typically, the work schedule will be Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends; hours may adjust based on the operational needs of the property.
