Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at StoryPoint. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Assess and assign work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
