Role Overview:
In this pivotal sales role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Southern California territory. The successful candidate will have a robust background in sales within the building automation and HVAC controls sector, particularly with experience in direct sales to owners and the plan & specification market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with energy service companies (ESCOs), facility managers, end users, and other critical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in Building Automation (BAS/BMS) and HVAC controls.

Preferred Expertise:
  • Familiarity with BAS platforms such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Trane, JCI, ALC, Honeywell, Alerton, Distech, Delta Controls, etc.
