- Conduct thorough and detailed inventories to uphold the integrity of our records.
- Respond promptly and accurately to archival and records center requests, adhering to established timelines.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of security protocols and a commitment to adhering to them.
- Proficient administrative skills, including record-keeping, report preparation, and general office support.
- Ability to adapt to evolving work demands and priorities, working independently or with minimal supervision.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate within a team.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
The role requires the ability to lift and transport boxes weighing up to 40 pounds and the willingness to navigate ladders as necessary. Candidates should also be capable of moving carts and pallets of records using appropriate equipment.
Educational Background:
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of related experience is required.
