Job Overview

SALT Dental Partners is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant pediatric practice as a Treatment Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a passion for hands-on patient care, particularly with teens and pre-teens.

Position Summary:
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients in understanding and accepting their treatment plans, while effectively coordinating these plans to align with both patient needs and our practice's operational schedule. This role extends beyond standard front office responsibilities, requiring a mature, dependable, and detail-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputting patient data into our practice management software.
  • Exhibiting reliability, consistency, and self-motivation while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Clearly articulating treatment options and associated costs to maximize patient benefits.
  • Serving as a liaison between patients and insurance providers.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and skills, including:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various computer applications effectively.
  • A keen attention to detail and comfort in a high-energy office environment.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational capabilities.
  • A collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a dental setting, preferably in pediatrics.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude.
