**Job Summary**

The Laundry Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining a supply of fresh linens at Great Wolf Lodge. This position is responsible for washing, drying, and folding linens, terry, and other laundry for the resort and restaurants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Transport substantial loads of wet and dry linen and terry in carts to washers and dryers
  • Monitor machine operations and report any malfunctions
  • Wash, dry, and fold linens to meet high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Inform the manager if laundry needs to be restocked in closets
  • Sort laundry when possible from laundry carts
  • Clean filters of dryers
  • Track and manage discarded linens

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Prior experience in housekeeping laundry

**Physical Requirements**

  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Able to push/pull up to 100 pounds
  • Able to bend, stretch, and twist
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to work with chemicals according to directions
