Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative Sr. to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting branch operations, and ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, processing returns, and handling exit kiosk transactions.
  • Effectively market the company while interacting with customers, promoting our services and products.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
  • Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems or required vehicle maintenance.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, and run miscellaneous reports.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
