Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr)

At Enterprise Holdings, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr), you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing directions and general assistance as needed.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Effectively market the company while interacting with customers, promoting our services and products in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
  • Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
  • Responsible for notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or using washing equipment as needed.
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, and run miscellaneous reports.
  • Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and answers, providing information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors.
  • Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related event on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI, DWI).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

This position is located at 7240 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR, and pays $17/hour + performance-based monthly bonus of $80-$300. The hourly base plus generous incentive plan provides the overall potential to earn $17.50-$19.00 per hour or more.
