Job Title: Program Manager

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the development of new products and manage project portfolios within the company's product lineup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project portfolios for product lines, including introducing new features, business models, and entirely new platforms.
  • Lead multiple project teams and utilize project management principles consistent with industry best practices.
  • Execute project scope definition, resource management, schedule development, and risk management in accordance with company processes.
  • Develop processes to manage projects and programs, improving execution and encouraging adoption within the organization.
  • Report on project and portfolio performance to various levels of the organization, including executive and team levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, with a preference for experience in both traditional waterfall processes and Agile methods.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including MS Project or a comparable project scheduling tool.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate project teams and hold them accountable to project objectives and commitments.
  • Ability to manage a comprehensive project plan, considering Critical Path methodology and understanding cause and effect throughout the schedule.
