New Hampshire Data Director

America Votes is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Data Director in our New Hampshire office. This position plays a critical role in supporting campaign strategy and direct voter contact programs for the progressive movement.
The Data Director will be responsible for managing voter file access for AV partner organizations and their consultants, as well as providing technical assistance and training as needed. This includes administration and security, training end-users, and providing technical assistance as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least one cycle of experience with statewide data responsibilities, including experience with planning, program implementation, and analysis. They will also have a strong sense of ownership and resilience, with the ability to plan ahead, find alternative paths when needed, and bounce back from setbacks and rejections.
The Data Director will work closely with the state director and other team members to implement America Votes' organizational goals, including REI goals. They will also be responsible for managing special projects to deliver on team goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of common direct voter contact programs and experience using data to inform advocacy and electoral plans. They will also have experience with large-scale canvass operations and be comfortable working with a diverse set of stakeholders in one-on-one meetings and group settings.
The Data Director will be responsible for delivering presentations to various stakeholders, sometimes on short notice, and will have a demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume of information with impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
