Your Role:
- Develop individualized assessment and treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to Behavior Interventionists, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Continuously monitor and refine programming strategies to optimize client progress.
- Analyze data meticulously to generate comprehensive progress reports for families and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to secure necessary authorizations for treatment services.
- Participate actively in clinical integration meetings, fostering a team-oriented approach to care.
