Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Partner to support our Chief People Officer in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless operations at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief People Officer, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and values.
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the Chief People Officer's calendar, prioritizing meetings and deadlines while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee and coordinate the administrative aspects of divisional initiatives, including event planning, space assignments, and facilities management.
  • Communication: Manage communications on behalf of the Chief People Officer, developing agendas, project updates, and maintaining divisional processes.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between the Chief People Officer and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives, including project and operational support.
  • Proven success in collaborating on high-priority initiatives and managing complex schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Workday, and other collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare or non-profit organization.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
