**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering prescribed external beam radiation therapy treatments under the direction of an oncologist and supervision of the department manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in radiation oncologic technology and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care to our patients.

**Responsibilities**

- Administer prescribed external beam radiation therapy treatments

- Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine treatment needs

- Operate complex medical equipment to deliver radiation therapy

**Requirements**

- Graduate of an accredited school of radiation oncologic technology

- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy

- 1-2 years of experience in radiation therapy or related field

- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols
