About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Crisis Responder to join our team at SAFY of America. As a Mobile Crisis Responder, you will be responsible for providing critical support to children, adolescents, and adults in crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of each individual or family.
  • Provide a range of clinical services, including psychoeducational support, tangible skill building, and crisis navigation.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and human services agencies to ensure seamless coordination of mental health services.
  • Develop and maintain a consultative relationship with caregivers to promote the coordination and development of mental health services.
  • Establish mutually respectful rapport with clients and their families, and implement interventions necessary to meet their needs.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including assessments and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field of human services.
  • At least one year of crisis experience, with two years preferred.
  • Two years of relevant experience in mental health/therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents, families, and older adults/geriatric.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage to meet travel requirements.
