Job Summary:

Your expertise will be essential in providing consultation to providers, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide consultation, education, and support to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions and various treatment modalities.
  • Provide clinical supervision to pre-doctoral psychology interns, postdoctoral psychology fellows, and other mental health trainees or medical residents as necessary.
  • Ensure patient safety and quality care by adhering to Kaiser Permanente's quality, safety, and emergency policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in psychology with completed clinical internship.
  • Minimum two (2) years of psychotherapy and psychological assessment experience.
  • Psychologist License (Colorado) and National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to understand Kaiser Permanente customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently without direct clinical supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
