As a Clinical Psychologist at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and compassionate psychological evaluations for patients and their families. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions and various treatment modalities. Your expertise will be essential in providing consultation to providers, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide consultation, education, and support to patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions and various treatment modalities.
- Provide clinical supervision to pre-doctoral psychology interns, postdoctoral psychology fellows, and other mental health trainees or medical residents as necessary.
- Ensure patient safety and quality care by adhering to Kaiser Permanente's quality, safety, and emergency policies and procedures.
- Doctorate degree in psychology with completed clinical internship.
- Minimum two (2) years of psychotherapy and psychological assessment experience.
- Psychologist License (Colorado) and National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to understand Kaiser Permanente customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to function independently without direct clinical supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
