About the Role

SAFY of America is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mobile Crisis Responder to join our team. As a Mobile Crisis Responder, you will be responsible for providing a range of clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults in need. Your primary focus will be on providing crisis intervention, support, and guidance to individuals and families in a mobile work setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services to individuals and families in need.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the level of care required for each client.
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on crisis intervention and support strategies.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
  • At least one year of experience in crisis intervention and support services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
