Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners to ensure we are filling positions with the best talent available
  • Leverage a mix of sourcing activities, including job postings, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and network events, to attract quality applicants and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Conduct phone interviews and manage the entire interview process
  • Accurately document candidate progress, feedback, and hiring decisions
  • Handle onboarding paperwork with precision and efficiency

  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills, able to manage multiple candidate pipelines for various roles and departments
