Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Qorvo US, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to end-user computing systems, as well as experience with inventory management and ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our corporate site of 100 employees, from an IT perspective
  • Imaging Windows-based computer systems and troubleshooting various issues related to computing hardware and software
  • Provide on-site support for IT infrastructure upgrades and maintain buildroom inventory
  • Engage internal and external customers to resolve issues and assist with ordering equipment
  • Utilize command line utilities to install, repair, and configure computer software
  • Accurate tracking of work, issues, resolutions, and time via an internal ticketing system (Service Now)
Requirements
  • Associates in Information Technology or Equivalent
  • 3-5+ years experience in an IT related role
  • Preferred: Comptia A+, Network+, and/or ITIL Certifications

  • Willingness to learn and grow in an ever-changing corporate environment
  • Great customer support and communication ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work overtime (if needed) during emergency events
