Position Overview:
  • Role: MRI Technologist
  • Facility: Henry Ford Health System

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct magnetic resonance imaging examinations utilizing MRI technology
  • Prepare patients for procedures and configure imaging settings
  • Collaborate in establishing protocols for patient imaging
  • Execute quality assurance checks on MRI equipment
  • Communicate examination processes to patients and assist them throughout
  • Evaluate patient anatomy and perform MRI scans
  • Administer contrast agents and observe patient responses
  • Support Radiologists in executing intricate diagnostic tasks

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Current Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS) is mandatory
  • Registered with ARMRIT, ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB
  • Recommended minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiography
