Job Responsibilities
- Administer medications and prescriber-ordered treatments under the direct supervision of an RN
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medications
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire
- Medication Assistant Certification Endorsement upon hire
- Successfully pass NCSBN Medication Assistant Certification exam upon hire
- 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for overtime pay, bonuses, and other forms of compensation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as retirement savings and paid time off.
