Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $16.50-$18.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to compensating our employees fairly and competitively.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with therapists to assist with patient scheduling, payment collection, and administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating with patients and families, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare or related field (desired)
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, therapists, and other staff
  • Basic computer skills to navigate electronic medical records and software
