Business Development Manager Opportunity

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission and mileage reimbursement

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and in-person meetings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve quarterly business goals and forecasts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience or equivalent service from within the staffing industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Strong math skills and ability to calculate figures and amounts
