We're seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Bellevue, Washington. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating and managing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of proposal documents and presentations.
  • Execute district marketing initiatives based on the district marketing plan.
  • Conduct market research to support business development initiatives.
  • Provide support for internal communication initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional items.
  • Support the development and execution of the company's brand strategy.
  • Support industry events through planning, going to events, and development material for those events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, particularly within the B2B environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solver.
  • Self-starter who has strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of construction terms and industry trends is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

The salary range for this position is $63,500 to $82,200 depending on background and experience. PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package.
