Product Marketing Leader

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities. You will lead product marketing for a suite of our most important and differentiating products, including our Coverage Above & Beyond portfolio, branded devices, and family-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product P&L Ownership: Set QGP, monitor P&L scorecard, adjust as needed to achieve QGP, plan launch/GTM, coordinate x-functionally, conduct seller confidence survey, implement best practices for sales enablement to maximize uptake incl digital
  • Product Evolution: Set long range plans to drive product refresh to create value, business case development, customer/market fit analysis/insights
  • Product Vision - New Territory Exploration: ID new growth territories, validate customer need & right to play, ID competitors, create value prop, partner w/ PM on dev strategy, secure funding to create
  • Team Leadership: Coach, develop direct reports; contribute to / lead overall PMM discipline evolution at TMUS
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • More than 10 years Product Marketing or Product Management experience especially related to consumer focused technology products (Required)
  • Less than 2 years Work within a subscription business (Preferred)

  • Competitive salary range: $220,700 - $298,500
  • 35% corporate bonus target
