We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to head our Product Marketing Management (PMM) initiatives. As the Director of PMM Programs, you will be responsible for managing key programs that support our product go-to-market strategies and enablement processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale a best-in-class product launch strategy, implementing processes and infrastructure that support both major and minor launches at scale.
- Establish and maintain best practices for product and feature enablement, acting as the liaison between our core product marketing teams and our Revenue enablement organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the product marketing organization and the rest of the marketing functions, driving better process, planning, and coordination between various teams.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing people and programs.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale product launches, including cross-functional coordination.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and program management skills, with a focus on process optimization and scalable operations.
