Job Summary:

The Patient Intake Coordinator is a vital member of our team at TGS Global, responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience. Under general supervision, the Patient Intake Coordinator will enter data into our computer system, verify patient information, and maintain a visitor log. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and set up their records in our system
• Enter data into our computer system for storage and processing
• Verify patient information and maintain a visitor log
• Answer inquiries independently in accordance with policy
• Manage patient flow into the consultation area
• Ensure transactions are complete, timely, and accurate
• Audit data entry transactions to ensure alignment with accounting systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced ability in word processing and spreadsheet software programs
• Proficient in data entry and 10-key
• Ability to deal with confidential information
• Ability to work independently and solve routine problems
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Skill in using computer and application software for financial transactions
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence, and presentations as required
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with confident leadership
• Ability to organize and prioritize work

Working Conditions:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, use hands to perform manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance).
