About the Role

As a Retail Consultant, you will embody our desire to engage, listen, and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced. In demonstrating products that address customer needs, you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our overall commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate within a customer service role or environment
  • Effectively sell products and drive commercial outcomes
  • Consistently introduce Aesop products to clients through hand demonstrations
  • Participate in and contribute to a team
  • Utilize empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all
  • Have an open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgment, and act on diverse perspectives
  • Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Have working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)
  • Have knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)
