Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every customer.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, accessing training and resources to enhance your skills and expertise.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
  • Share product information, services, and promotions with customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Sur La Table's high standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using our POS system to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of retail sales experience (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in POS systems and technology.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
