Director of Nursing Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing to join our team at The Mansions at Alpharetta. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, including licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure quality of care and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and promote a culture of teamwork and communication.

Requirements:
