About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at Huntington National Bank. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the branch, leading sales, service, and operations, and coaching your team to achieve budgeted production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers, referring them to other areas of the bank as needed.
  • Lead your team to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Leverage available tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products, services, technology, and policies, educating your team on the same.
  • Develop key internal partnerships to drive business in your market area.
  • Actively oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring your branch is staffed with colleagues suitable for Huntington's culture.
  • Manage the overall operations of the branch, adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Understand branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
  • Demonstrate acumen in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, communication, and presentation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year or more in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
  • Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance within the branch and digital channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
  • Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
  • Ability to develop, influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.
