Hospitality Ambassador

As a Guest Experience Ambassador with Montage International, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression and exceeding their expectations throughout their stay.

• Guest Reception: Anticipate and meet guests' needs for a seamless, enjoyable stay, offering personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
• Information and Assistance: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and effectively, and offering concierge services such as booking reservations and arranging transportation.
• Hospitality Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, coordinate special requests, and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and policies.
• Problem Resolution: Promptly and professionally address guest concerns and issues, exceeding expectations in resolution, and collaborate with relevant departments when needed to ensure swift resolution.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between guests and various departments to ensure all requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner, and collaborate effectively with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Guest Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with repeat guests, acknowledging special occasions and preferences to enhance their experience.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm and friendly personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks, and requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
