Pool and Spa Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pool and Spa Technician to join our team at Moonlight Basin. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, health, and safety of our pools, spas, and residential hot tubs.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and service hot tubs at member homes using provided cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on hot tubs to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with basic hand tools and light power tools to perform repairs to accessory items and hot tubs.
- Occasionally deliver and install replacement hot tub covers and accessories.
- Safely perform chemical checks to ensure required levels are maintained.
- Responsible for draining and refilling hot tubs as needed.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation of service visits.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of all club-operated pool rooms.
- Complete daily logs of pool and spa chemical levels for all club facilities.
- Maintain a proper inventory of all pool and spa chemicals and equipment.
- Daily uncover and clean club pools and spas.
- High school diploma required.
- Good understanding of water chemistry and associated chemicals is a bonus, but not necessary.
- Prior to or within 90 days of employment, you must obtain a Certified Pool Operators license (CPO).
- Plumbing experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
- Independent problem solver, self-motivated, disciplined, self-starter.
- Knowledge of tools, methods, and materials used in general maintenance work.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
- Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights, and/or holidays based on business demands.
- Must be able to work flexible and long hours as business demands.
