Job Summary:

Yellowstone Mountain Club, LLC is seeking highly skilled and experienced Hosts/Hostesses to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our members and guests. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their visit. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
Manage reservations and waitlists
Maintain a clean and organized hostess station
Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of guests through the dining area

Requirements:

3 months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to lift up to 40 pounds

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of $22.00
Opportunities for overtime and additional income via service charge
Optional housing available on a first-come, first-served basis
On-the-job training provided

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times
Work schedule can vary and may include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours

Example Shifts:

11:00am - 7:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, or 4:00pm - 12:00am

Benefits:

Optional benefits, including 401k, health insurance, and vacation time, available after 3,200 hours worked
Transportation and subsistence costs reimbursed for inbound and outbound travel
Daily subsistence provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel
