Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of our Continuing Care Retirement Community and executing strategic marketing plans to support resident and community relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing events, community outreach functions, and special events to promote our community
  • Develop and implement marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Conduct tours of our community and promote our services to prospective residents
  • Coordinate move-in activities for new residents and ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
