Settlement Coordinator

House Buyers of America is seeking a Settlement Coordinator to ensure timely acquisitions and dispositions. This role is fully remote.

• Process acquisitions efficiently to expedite property listings.
• Act as a dedicated customer representative throughout the settlement process.
• Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into our CRM.
• Manage relationships with title companies to ensure timely settlements.
• Assist with property marketing, including ordering professional photos and generating online listings.
• Collaborate with the construction department to ensure project completion prior to listing.
• Support House Buyers' expansion into new geographic markets.

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
