Position Overview:
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Division and Field Operations by addressing complex engineering challenges. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting issues, developing solutions, and ensuring the long-term reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support for complex issues related to rotating equipment and auxiliary systems.
  • Develop and implement Mechanical Standards and Procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Process Safety Management (PSM) related to various equipment.
  • Lead the creation of Best Practice documents to promote operational excellence.
  • Engage in technology development and deployment to improve maintenance and operational performance.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate equipment performance.
  • Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify and resolve equipment failures.
  • Assist in capital project execution as required.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to engineering staff.
  • Mentor junior engineers within the Asset Management & Reliability team.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment engineering principles.
  • Experience in conducting Root Cause Failure Analyses.
  • Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build productive relationships across teams.
