We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineering Leader to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with managing a variety of mechanical engineering initiatives from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will encompass supervising data gathering and analysis, crafting construction documentation, specifications, and cost assessments, as well as directing large-scale engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mechanical engineering projects ensuring quality and compliance
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Valid engineering license is mandatory
  • Deep understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and methodologies
  • Experience in the design of buildings and infrastructure
  • Strong grasp of applicable mechanical engineering regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop team members
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and design software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering
  • LEED certification is a plus
  • Completion of 40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training
  • First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous
