Compensation:
Salary range: $80,000 - $125,000 annually

About Us:
With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in providing tailored MEP engineering solutions, including testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning services.

Position Details:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Designing mechanical systems for complex facilities.
  • Conducting load calculations, static pressure assessments, pump head evaluations, and energy analyses.
  • Creating mechanical specifications and developing AutoCAD and 3D BIM models.
  • Preparing mechanical equipment schedules.

The role requires the ability to work autonomously on smaller projects or collaborate with senior engineers on larger initiatives. Field investigations and mechanical inspections may also be part of the responsibilities.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Revit is preferred.
  • Interest or experience in sustainable design/LEED is advantageous.
  • A valid Texas Driver's License is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with a focus on HVAC.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical system design for sectors such as healthcare, education, and technology.
  • Expertise in HVAC and plumbing system design.
  • Experience with AutoCAD-MEP and REVIT.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical/plumbing trades, building codes, and relevant documentation.
  • Ability to independently conduct plumbing, piping, and fire suppression hydraulic calculations.
  • Certification as a Plumbing Designer is preferred.
