Position Title: Information Technology - Technical Writer
Key Competencies: Technical Writing
Role Summary: As an Information Technology - Technical Writer, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for documentation and data analysis.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio and Teams).
- Exceptional note-taking and documentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive in identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in User and Stakeholder Engagement/Care Management Support.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Professional Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Relocation Policy: No relocation assistance will be provided.
