Job Summary
The Director of Guest Experience is a key leadership role responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our residents and guests. This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence standards.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure resident satisfaction and quality of food and beverages.
- Manage department controllable expenses and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
- Provide direction and manage performance of direct and indirect reports, ensuring employee development and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, resident retention, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a Senior Living, High-End Restaurant, Country Club, or Hotel setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer focus, problem-solving, leadership, and team-oriented skills.
- ServSafe Certification, Choke Safety Certification, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
