- Identifying opportunities and working with business stakeholders and partners to embed risk management practices into daily operations and business processes across the organization
- Using analytical skills to conduct Risk Process Assessment and Improvement, Data Process Design & Process Excellence
- Leading designing, implementing, and operating an effective Continuous Process Improvement and Change Management program to advance process effectiveness
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of Process or Risk Management experience
- At least 2 years of Continual Improvement experience
- At least 1 year of experience in People management
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management certification
- 3+ years experience with Gen AI/ML
- 3+ years experience with regulatory framework governing financial services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and influencing skills
