About This Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our hospitality services team as a Cleanliness Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas, delivering exceptional service to our guests and adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Ensure hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Pest Control: Identify and report any pest-related issues, taking prompt action to resolve them.
- Equipment Maintenance: Report any equipment malfunctions or damage, performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Guest Service: Deliver exceptional service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma: You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR Certification: You must hold current CPR certification.
- Availability: You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
