Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. About the Role

The Nurse Specialist in Progressive Care coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care. Collaborating with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, advocating for patients to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Key responsibilities include assessing patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes in patient status, performing procedures or functions as ordered by medical providers, documenting care in patient records, and administering prescribed medications.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid Registered Nurse license, Associate Degree, Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
