We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Site Operations Specialist to join our team at Rawso Constructors in Middle Tennessee. This role will involve working with either a grading crew or underground utility crew to ensure the timely completion of mass excavation, utility, paving, and concrete projects.

Job Overview

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of construction projects while maintaining a safe and effective work environment. Your strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction labor and a proven track record of following safety regulations and communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure job site safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
