This role entails providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments to ensure efficient use of time.

  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes to facilitate effective communication.

  • Arranging travel and accommodations, and preparing itineraries to support business needs.

  • Directing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and answering routine questions to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Sorting and distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Compiling reports and presentations with information from established sources, and preparing correspondence with a moderate degree of guidance.

  • Organizing and maintaining office files, both electronic and hardcopy, in accordance with internal retention policies and procedures.

  • Performing data input and preparing forms in support of the management team.

  • Performing other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

What You'll Need
