The Spokane Home Guy Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Buyer and Seller Consultations: Understand the needs and wants of clients through comprehensive consultations and find homes that meet their requirements, leveraging our extensive market knowledge and resources.
  • Lead Follow-Up and Outreach: Consistently reach out to and follow up with leads using our integrated dialer, texting, email, and AI-enhanced follow-up tools to grow sales opportunities.
  • Community Expertise: Gather and share local community information to answer any questions from clients about potential homes, utilizing our robust team intranet system for the latest updates.
  • Create Purchase Offers: Draft and present written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a smooth and quick closing process, with full support from our transaction management team.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust, and helping to increase sales volume through our comprehensive marketing and support services.

Requirements:

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using our advanced tech stack, texting, email, CRM, and AI-enhanced follow-up tools.
  • Organized and Time Management Skills: Able to efficiently manage time and organize tasks to maximize productivity, supported by our three full-time support staff and robust team intranet system.
  • Preferred Sales History: A successful and proven sales history is preferred, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets using our comprehensive lead generation and marketing tools.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Self-Motivated and Independent: Self-driven with the ability to perform tasks independently while taking advantage of our on-the-job training, weekly coaching sessions, and mentorship programs to continuously improve and grow.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Commitment to delivering world-class customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and trust, leading to increased sales volume and 5-star reviews.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Ability to gather and utilize local community information to answer client questions and provide valuable insights during consultations, supported by our weekly training sessions and market updates.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, leveraging our on-demand training and support to stay ahead.
