Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our team at West Central Georgia Regional Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.

The Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients, working under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director. They will also provide clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients with psychiatric disorders or other mental health issues in an inpatient psychiatric mental health hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients
  • Work under the supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director
  • Provide clinical leadership for a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

  • Must be Georgia licensed or in the process
  • Be able to clear a background check
  • CPR and TB up to date

Available Shift:

Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week. Optional On-Call duties with pay incentives 6pm-6am and weekends.
